The Use of Covert Cameras by Journalists: an Approximation to the Spanish Situation
Abstract
In the past decade television programs based on research reports recorded with a covert camera have begun being aired in Spain. The use of this method raises a number of conflicts for journalistic ethics and justice. This paper presents an overview of the problem with the analysis of the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court and the Spanish Constitutional Court.Downloads
