Individuals and Sovereigns. Individuals and Kings
Abstract
In this paper we defend the thesis that from the so-called "Arabian Spring" a global movement in favor of making democracy real is taking place. A movement that goes from the lowest level of demanding a formal democracy up to the highest of demanding a global/glocal democracy in which individuals would not only be sovereigns but also kings. Kings with a harmonizing function of the social-natural continuum as present in Confucian tradition and, mutatis mutandis, in Western tradition as well.Titular de Filosofía del DerechoDownloads
