Feminisms and Maternities in the 21st Century
Abstract
The main aim of this article is to find new keys that feminisms are setting about motherhood. It is thus necessary to describe the new positions and different visions of motherhood. It is crucial to establish new questions and doubts about the theoretical and practical delimitation of the women decision about being mothers. The article makes visible those problems within a political, social, economic system, which is not including them, nor taking into account the different characteristics associated with motherhood. As a conclusion, two positions in feminisms have been presented as opposites. The text contains reflections and attempts to establish future lines of thought about motherhood.Downloads
