Sport is an industry that spends a great amount of money. In recent years the steady growth of the business generated has led to an increase of corruption like doping and illegal betting, and institutional corruption in the management of sports organizations. In order to combat these problems of corruption, sports entities must continue to keep working with good governance and transparency. In this way it will be possible to avoid repeating actions such as those of the Soule case that affects the Spanish Football Federation in which decades of management are investigated.
