The Right to Access to Public Information: Some Key Issues Regarding the Enforcement of Spanish Transparency Laws
Abstract
This study analyzes some of the problems and interpretation issues that have arisen in the application of the new Transparency Laws in relationship to the right of access to public information. Special attention is payed to the doctrine of the Council of Transparency and Good Governance and autonomous entities competent in the matter.
