Surrogacy: A New Challenge for Spanish Legislator
Abstract
Surrogacy is a new form of motherhood more and more frequent, and more controversial. The position of the States before this motherhood differs from one another. That is why international surrogacy cases increase, with many added difficulties. One of the most important problem to deal with for Spanish people that have recourse to this surrogacy abroad is, the recognition and the registration on Spanish civil Registration of the filiation established abroad between children and contracting parents.
