Surrogacy Violates the Constitutional Principle of Legal Certainty. The Urgent Need to Find a Solution to the Spanish Problem: Legislative Change or Law Enforcement
Abstract
Nowadays, surrogate pregnancy is becoming the option of heterosexual couples with specific problems, male couples, and males without a female partner to have a child. Spanish legislation punish this practice but Spanish people go to another country to carry out subrogacy and the Spanish Government doesn´t do anything to clarify this situation and to guarantee the Spanish Constitution Principle of Legal Certainty.
